what are some work outs i wanna increase my vertical i get half way up the net on 10ft rim but i wanna touch rim and later dunk

  1. Box Drops. get a box thats twice the height of your vertical and Drop down from the box while going down flex your cavs and when you touch the group try to explode up into a jump. This will train yout calves to un coil like springs!
