people leave jobs they don't like to find jobs that r better suited or higher pating, so we have two key indicators rete of job search & rate of job finding, the difference is frictional unemployment(though some of it may go out of lab force) labour mobility may be vertical to a higher paid job or a senior position or horizontal, i.e.  across firms where job leaving is an essential criterion, vertiacal mobility has some other implications such as fuman res develop and consumption patttern changes........................

labour is not homogeneous and so is not it's demand
