Plz Help a PC problem?

Question

Sometimes while i am working on my PC everything stops and the screen goes off but the PC still working but everything comes to a complete halt.

It is slow too.

and it doesn't run a deskcheck when it doesn't shut down properly.

I have changed all the software and some components of the hardware too. but these three problems

Can anyone tell me what causes this.

when installing new windows  u  need to install  the adobe flash player

and turn off the windows updates  as  if they run the computer will be busy downloading unnecessary updates  

try it and u will see the difference

Sound like a damaged installation, best to either do a repair install or a fresh reinstall after you have backup all your files.

Looks like a hardware ploblem. Did you have the power supply tested?
