Plz Plz Plz help me, i have a weight problem?

I am going into 8th grade

I am 5 foot 3 inches tall

I weigh 130 pounds

and my waist size is 32

I AM FAT... I need a good diet, that will help me lose weight and lose fat in my stomach and moobs, plz plz plz help me

Many fad diets or quick weight loss diet plans will cause long term effects on the body and most of the time resulting in long term weight gain.

    Make sure you adapt a wide selection of good healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits, lean meats and nuts into your weight loss diet plan. Many processed foods are high in fats, sugars, carbohydrates or calories, be sure to make the most of natural or whole grown foods. Checking the food labels is always a good way to see what a particular food item contains.

    Don't forget to exercise.

  3. Hi, i thought I would read your statement b/c I feel I'm not losing the weight I want either. I recently went to a kickboxing class and it was great i'm sore all over so I know its beginning to work. So if you can join a gym that would be a great way to start the weight loss process.

    I would suggest cardio 30-45 min. and mix it up run 15, eliptical 15, and bike 15. Also lift some weights (don't go too crazy) but toning up helps speed up your metabolism and that eats away at the fat. Which is great. And don't be discouraged, weight loss is a slow process. I hate that you can gain like 5 lbs in a weekend but it takes like 3 or 4 weeks to try and lose it.

    On an end note, don't worry yourself about entering 8th grade with a couple of lbs. on you. Most likely tons of kids are feeling the same way as you. And you should enjoy your middle school years by not sweatin' the small stuff. Just have fun. And whatever you do Do Not listen to the mean kids. They're going to grow up and be losers at the end and you'll be great!

Start off slow like drinking plenty of water and not drinking the soda even diet soda's have the bad carbs in there you don't want and start excising slowly.And take to your folks about making u an apt with your dr to see where your weight is suppose to be before to go into anything full force.
