Question

can u tell me how to erase the things in google that u searched for... like when i type something in google. all the things come in. i want to erase them... like i typed yesterday soething and today... i typed the same thing and it's coming when i first put the two letters of it..i want to erase them... not having them... how can i do that??

search for "delete browsing history" on your internet (i have internet explorer) then "delete data". you'll have to search on how to do that for your internet.

Ha sure, cause that happened to me, and i really got annoyed of it anyways,

Go on the internet of course

on the top it says tools, click on that

form there, click internet options

on the top of internet options click content

on content click auto complete

on auto complete click clear forms or you see the checked boxes uncheck forms

thats it!

when you start to type in the box - it auto-completes the items.  One way to get rid of the old stuff (sometimes it's useful to keep it), is to just move your cursor down to the list of items that appear on the drop down list when you click in the search box.

You will see that the lines are highlighted where the cursor is pointed.  WITHOUT CLICKING on the line, just hit the "delete" key.   It will delete the highlighted line.  Holding down the delete key will delete items in the list quickly or you can pick and choose (for example, some you may find handy to keep, but other not or some may be misspellings that you want to delete).

This way you can have the best of both - autocomplete can make it easy to find things, but you can delete the ones that annoy you.

If you have the google toolbar and are using that as the search; there's a link that says Clear History when you click on the blue arrow in the corner...try that.  If that doesn't work, you can always go in and erase all your internet history under tools/options/ clear history
