can i loose 12 kgs in 2.5 months at home,rather then joining gym..if yes then how plz help me?

  1. drink lot of water in the morning when u wake up and go for a race approx first day 1km, second 1km 200m,next 2km and increase it to 6 km, than u can loose your weight 12kg in 2.5 moths 100% sure, or rather drink 1 glass warm water with lemon and honey or do lot of exercise after that


  2. It's quite simple really, you need to fast for four weeks whist undertaking an intense training regime, this must include at least 7 50km runs a week or you may start putting weight back on.

    I remember when I reduced my training to just 100km per week and became clinically obese by the end of the month.
