in social studies, i need to research a caribbean recipe. now im not asking for you to help me cheat, i just need help or info on this. the recipe i chose is Diri Ak Pwa, (Rice and Beans)

and this is what i need to know: (websites where these can be answered would be geatly appreciated i cant find any)

1. What foods and spices are native to the caribbean?

  3. ricaito,and sofrito, adobo, sazon,corriander(dry or fresh), cumin, these are some spices and mohito or mojo,(pronounced moho) and salsa picante', these are some spices, sauces, and seasonings used in carribean spanish cuisine, i know some reciepes, but i don't actually know how to make them pertain to the questions. sorry, i hope this at least helps a little. good luck.

  4. Sorry but the recipe you chose is not just specific to the Carribean but is pretty common throught Mexico, Latin, Central & S. America.
