How do I get it to look like the 1st one up top.

I want that one.

Do I have to pay to get updated to the one up to.

My whole family wants it like that.My sister has a laptop that looks exactly like the one up to and am talking about the screen.Not the shape of the computer.The one up top moves so fast,I can't use it too much because its her personal computer.
