Plz help...in recovering damaged data...?

Question

i was using "partition magic". I did some mistake and when i restarted my computer, all the songs in one drive were mixed together....means when i play a song it is not the same as it should b. It is some other song...or two songs mixed together.... Can i regain my original data?? plz tell me method.... System cannot b restored bcoz it gives error:"ur drive was off for some time si it's data cannot b recovered".

have u try disk defragmenter? perhaps it may still work. or if you can get the external disk case to scan your disk from external is better. try it, maybe it can solve ur problem.

Get program RECUVA.... http://www.recuva.com  .... free recovery program to recover files on your system.......... You should also get a 2nd and seperate hard drive to back up your files onto, as if you are tinkering around with the computer and not really sure what you are doing, you could lose your stuff for good..... at least with a copy in backup on a USB connected hard drive or at a free web site like Media Fire you at least will always have your stuff available to you.........

You have learned the hard way, but you should always have a copy and backup of your info before your try to repartition your hard drive.........Sorry and good luck
