  1. well you were obviously stupid enough to keep it on your eye for 2 MINUTES!!! Its your own fault. but go see a doctor...

  2. ouch! what is wrong with you

    go see the docter

  3. 2 MINUTES?  didn't you realize that you were stupid after about 10 seconds?  go to the doctor.  there are REASONS that there are warning labels on those things.  IF you get your sight back, i suggest you read them.

in the words of Carlos Mencia:  "di di dee!!!"...

  4. The problem with light injuries to the retina is that, like anything else, it depends on the intensity of the light, where it hit the retina, etc.

If you shined a relatively low power laser into your eye and "looked" at it for awhile, you may have "burned" the outer layers of the retina in the center, the MACULA.  The retinal pigment epithelial layer absorbs the light and converts it into heat.  That heat can be "enough" to cause a thermal injury. This would injure the photoreceptors and outer third of the retina itself.

If you are "young" enough, and judging from the injury itself, you are, you may be able to "fix" the injury or minimize its degree of trauma.

You might try and 'limit' the inflammation by taking oral Motrin or ibuprofen, 800mg (4 of those little ones you get over the counter) three times a day, spaced out. Eat something before you take the pills. They can injure the stomach lining.

After about a week or two, you may regain most, if not all of your sight back. But if you injured those receptors, the damage won't go away.

  5. most of these people don't know what their talking about,

your eyes are just shocked cause of a straight laser going into your eyes trust me it will ware off in 30-60 Min's

  6. You are an idiot. Get to a doctor and hope they don't believe in survival of the fittest.

  7. You need to go to the doctor.  Lasers can cause permanent damage to your eyes depending on the density.
