Please give me an elaborate answer as this question might come out in my Clinical Microbiology exam. It is mainly about the normal microflora residing in/on our body and how this microorganism transfrom itself from a good microorganism into a bad micororganism and eventully causing disease. Plz provide examples as it would be an added advantage.
