compare the tension betweem the first two cars in a train being pulled by a locomotive with the tension in the coupling between the last two cars when the train's speed is increasing?

The first two cars will expirence Newtons first law (all objects at rest remain at rest) and will have to overcome it before the cars at the end of the train, because the trains cars closer to the engine will accelerate just a few seconds before the ones at the back.
