Plz help me....really very depressed?

hey ppl...m very much addicted to chocolates and junk foods...as a result i hv become very fat..m in cl 9 nd sometimes i feel very conscious of my figure..wanted to lose my weight but i cant help it out. i always say that from tmrw i wll controll my diet but dat tmrw never comes i also cant join any gym or some fitness club as i m bzy all day in tutions or school work. plz help me out really need some good advice

  1. stop eating junk food and chocolates,just eat once in a while

    if ur school or tuition is walkable distance then try to walk

    bests

    is buy a skipping rope and do skipping whenever u are free ,try to play games like shuttle or basketball with ur friends

    count ur calories before u eat


  2. i am doing the same thing the best thing to do is drink alot of water a everyday!! Even if you hate it just do what you have to do to drink at least 3 bottles & its not about what you eat its about how much so if you cut down what you normally eat into 1/3 of that youll be fine good luck

    It is presumed that you are a student.

    Chocolates & junk food costs money and what and who is the source of easy money supply. Well do not carry any money with you other than what is necessary for personal comforts and exigences. That way you will restrict yourself in spending over your addictions.

    Of course you need strong will power to overcome these aspects.

    To reduce your weight - go out for long morning walks/jogs with some exercises. This has to be serious.

    If you do not have time than use less of conveyances and try to walk the distance as a routine exercise.

    Remember it is the busy individuals who can spare time for self and others in various activities and you are not an exception if you call yourself busy.

    You lack motivation, encouragement and perhaps guidance. What are you waiting for ??  Dependance on others to show you - your way out?

    A thorough assessment of self discipline will reveal several factors which can be sorted out by you alone. You need to make a begining.

  10. first of all put in mind the food outside your home is bad for health. for the next one month say good bye to eating outside. eat home made food. take tiffen from home whereever u go. see the difference in one month.

  11. I wanted to lose weight and so i bought a workout dvd. I gopt the windsor pilates dvd and it has a twenty minute workout and i lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks without changing my diet.  I am pretty active so you might end up losing more than that.  Also if you eat fruit and vegtables that can help.  I love making smoothies.  My favorite recipe is

    1 cup strawberrys

    1 banana

    1 cup orange juice

    1 cup rasberrys

    and you can add any other fruit you want and then put the left overs in the fridge for later.  It is a healthy fruit drink that is better than eating junk and it tastes great.  Also eat yogurt and dariy products that help lose weight too.
