  1. Give your self a favor. Relax and think positive first. Your goal is to pass as many as you can. You have your teacher and your classmates. It's best to let your teachers know what is your situation right now and he might help and pitty you some how (they will certainly will and help you), and in this way your worry will ease some how. Now you just need to scrifice most of your time in finishing your works. You made a mistake then grasp even the tiniest solution that is present.

  2. Stop panicking, take a breather and give yourself some time to calm down. You can't achieve anything if you cannot focus so any effort would be wasted. Go for a walk in the park & look at nature for half an hour & try to get your brain back into gear by focusing on one issue at a time.

I hope this helps. Best wishes. UK

  3. I hate to give bad advice, but this is what i did in college that helped me. Instead of being way way too overwhelmed and just dropping the classes, i figured, as long as i get C's i'll be ok. So i studied and crammed for tests and papers with the thought "just finish this"... instead of trying to perfect it.

I realized that the more i stressed about trying to catch up and make things perfect, the harder it was for me to really intake information and finish projects. Also, set up a study schedule and stick with it!

Just finish the paper the best you can. Just study as much as you can.  I got As and B's, not great, but better than dropping.

    Good luck!

  4. work on small sections rather than trying to go through everything at once.

maybe split all of your work into 5 or 6 smaller parts and start from there. that way, it won't feel so overwhelming,

  5. Ok, first relax, then get off the computer and start studying or you'll fail :)

Before you start studying completely open your mind.

    Ways to Relax:

    Listen to music while studying.

    Yoga or Meditation.

    Hot chocolate or Honey.

    Ways to Remember:

Say the important facts over and over again, out loud.

Give yourself hints on how to remember it.

Remember to take a break when your brain overloads :)
