  1. 1) The one relating Temperature and Pressure. Thats because liquid is incompressible.

    2) I reckon it to be the Reciprocating Pump. In this kind of pump, the fluid in the cylinder as no where else to escape except through the outlet port. If it is blocked, the pressure developed is much greater and the water will seep through the pistons seals.

    As for Centrifugal pumps, when the outlet is blocked, the back pressure will simply prevent more water from entering.

    3) Bernoulli's equation deals with fluids and the staic pressure part has a height term in it also known as head.

    4)IDK
