I'm not sure because even in same school, there are many class rooms, some of which would be very favorable to you but some not instead.

I think if you have certain skill of mother tongue in the country, there will be OK anywhere you can be alright no matter how your skin color it is.

There are kind friends and unpleasant  problem children everywhere every time. If you have been taken any discrimination, just try put on a brave face. Champion of Justice  will always  be you side.

I went there with my friend on a foriegn exchange and they were really nice.

My friend is from Zimbabwe...

And yeah. We made heaps of friends. And it helps if you speak Japanese.

They're nice!

Uhm dating wise... they don't judge you on skin colour. Yes, appearance matters but they care about personality too.

theyre vry welcoming no matter wot color skin u r. its a bonus that u speak fluent japanese, itdll make talking 2 then a whole lot easier (n evn if u dnt they some english 2). anyway students there r really nice n chances r u wnt run in2 any trouble w/ the students there.
