im 17 and i live in uk i just want to know what steps do i have to go through before i can get ma driving lisence ?? how much does it cost ?? how long does it takes ?? and how much can the insurance be ?? plz help if u know

before takin lessons u need to apply for a provisional licence (u need this before u can book lessons) not sure how much.

driving lesson cost! they between £12-20 an session.  i used to book 2 a week but that depends on how wat ur buget is. i had roughy bout 25-30 lessions before i went in for my test. - u have to pass the theory (which is mostly common sence) before the actual driving part.

once you pass - get ur licence sent away think that cost me around the £70 make??/ not sure. think the actual test is bout £65???

All the necessary information can be found on http://www.dvla.gov.uk/ with regard to application. These things can change every year with regard to processing and cost so it's best to check from an official source first.

All the necessary paperwork for a provisional license can be obtained from the Post Office.

Insurance has so many variables it's impossible to outline the costs here. Best thing would be to call a company and get a quote. Endsleigh (http://www.endsleigh.co.uk/) are generally the best for young drivers.
