Plz help!!!!Can u take drivers ed in another state?

i leaving to n.y. and i'm in ga right now i need to know if i can take drivers ed in new york and still be valid in ga in order to get my lisence......

You can take it, but you will have to check with the state in which you will be moving. They may or may not give you credit. It would be easy to check with the State of GA DOT website, or just call one of their reps.

This question can easily be answered CORRECTLY by calling your local DMV in Georgia and asking if a Drivers Ed. course taken in New York would be valid in Georgia.

Typically, anything done before you are actually issued a driver license is only valid in the state that grants it. You won't want to go through the time & expense of taking the course if it won't be accepted by the Georgia DMV.
