Plz needs advice "How to File an Answer to a Foreclosure Complaint Without an Attorney"?

Answer 1

An answer to a complaint requires that each paragraph be answered or it is deemed admitted.  If a payment plan has actually been worked out, why is there a foreclosure complaint?

You need a lawyer if you don't want the house foreclosed - this is not small claims court.
