my cat meows when he poops does he have worms???

i gave him d-worm a cople of days ago but he still meows plz plz plz help me!!!!!!!!!

He may have an obstruction. Have him seen by the vet.

Sounds like he's constipated. If it keeps up, you may want to bring him to the vet and have him checked out. It could just be that he needs a different kind of food.

Take your cat to the vet!  It could just be that he's being vocal when he poops, or it could be something much more serious.  Take him in and make sure you tell the vet what's going on.  It could be just constipation, or it could be bowel cancer.

awh! your cat might have an infection of some sort, im not a cat expert though, so I don't really know. Try seeing if he continues to meow when he goes p**p in a couple of days, and if he does, I'd try seeing a vet. I know theyre expensive but worth it! good luck :)

Please don't treat your kitty without veterinarian care; you could do him more harm than good. He needs to be taken for a checkup...could be constipation, could be something else. But please take him to your vet to find out for certain what is causing the problem.

how old is he? our kitties did that too when they first started to use the litter box on their own without momma's help. i am not sure why they vocalize like that but, i dont think that they would do that if they had worms. make sure that he is getting plenty of water, and if he is not having regular movements, then call the vet and get some ideas of what to do.  our cats never meowed when they had worms, the always scooted their hinees across the floor.  ewe!  that's how we know they had worms to begin with, lol. sorry if not much help, but that has been my experience. good luck.
