Plz plz plz plz hlp!!!!!!?

Question

okay so i got my monroe piercing done friday and everything was fine my piercng is still swelled but only a tiny tiny bit but the ball of the piercing is like sunken into my lip like i can only see half of the ball i can move it, its not stuck or anything like that so yesterday i went to the piercer and asked if i need a longer bar put in he said no and told me its fine and just to keep doing the sea salt rinses and other aftercare things he told me about im worried that when and if i take it out i wil have like a dent from it plz hlp is this normal this is my first piercing besides my ears lol
