this is a deck that has pretty much everything in it the main goal of my deck is to summon horus lvl8 and activate royal decree anyways plz rate it and tell me how to improve

i personally think of a 7 and you guys?

1st off for your strategy to work properly you need more hors lv 6 try using 3 and 2 horus lv 8

then make sure you use max royal decree, i think they are semi limited which means your allowed 2

Correction to above - sangan is NOT banned it is limited. if you dont know your banned list dont answer.

actually you have 15 traps so that makes 40 cards good.

This is not a very good deck. 6/10

First of all, what format is this deck in? traditional or advanced? if traditional, add cards like graceful charity, raigeki, pot of greed, etc. if advanced, go to the konami website and take out all the cards that you have that are in the banned list. that's a good start.

Your deck goes too many different ways. If you are trying a horus deck, put more horuses in, otherwise take them out. a horus deck could have d-hero plasma and jinzo in it for total field control. maybe try that out.

Some cards in your deck are TOTALLY useless... remember that if a card is not following your plan or your win condition, take them out. you don't put exodia in a beatdown deck. you dont put stealth bird in a DDT. Go on websites like metagame.com and yugiohetc.com and get some deck ideas from there. Seriously, your deck is not gonna get anywhere. to make a good deck u need to take at least half of your cards, if not more..... keep on trying..

Ok first off, you have 39 cards. you need 40. Next call of the haunted, ring of destruction, magician of gaith and sangan are banned. next, i think its a big unorganized (no central theme) but i guess in this case, it works out. might want to add Horus the Black Flame Dragon lvl 4
