this is just my opinion but torrential tribute is a must, and 1 demension wall should be replace with a sakuretsu, trap hole < bottomless, shield crush > nobleman of crossout, I know the deck is called a monarch deck but I just dont think you should be so heavy on them, 7 should be plenty, and then the cyber dragon thrown in incase your hand is getting stacked with cards you cant summon, he makes a quick offense. The person before me also gave great advice so looks like your in good shape! Let me know if you have any questions in regards to anything I suggested! ^_^

7/10 Heres a way to improve it. Add Treeborn frog and put in a couple of foolish burials in your deck. Hope this has helped
