Plz suggest me any foreign country whc would make engeneering studies costs similar to that of india?

i am in 12th inAP .but i want to do my engineering studes outside india. i score about 70%. i feel studng outside help me i my future

I think you should go for engineering studies in India itself becuase there are a lot of institutions here which offer very good studies.  

Why you want to go foreign.

Subject matters for a job and not the place.

if then also you want to go foreign,  then i think in Japan and

China the cost of engineering studies is much better.
