I want to study in universties of Europe,which have Low Fees. Plz tell country which required no IELTS. Plz tell best europian country for study. -------------- I w8 for ur Ans............Thanx

well switzerland is a expensive place to study whereas other european countries are less expensive.

Also, Germany, Sweden, Finland & Norway even don't charges tuition fee and in certain circumstances its only euro 500. Required IELTS score is usually 6.5 but if its higher its good.
