Plz tell me about finance& HR is the best combation?

is in india hr & finance is the best &scopefull, can i found the job these comination in india

u wont find a combined job. either u will have to go for finance or HR. the scope for HR is incerasing in todays world. even finance is good but most of the ppl r going for finance as they think it is a good option but it is not. u can surely go for HR.

No it is not!! Do not take the combination because what a finance guy is supposed to do on his job is totally different from what a HR guy does!! For that matter, the usual courses are Finance, HR, Marketing and Banking! From my perspective, banking and finance seem to be a better combination or for that matter maketing and finance also seem to be good (you may have to sell finance products and the extra in dept knowledge of finance will be an added advantage!).

But my advice is that you do your studies in one particular stream, either HR or finance!! You can master one subject completely this way.... or else you will be the jack of all trades and master of none!! They also say it is not good to keep two feet in two different boats at the same time!

But if you are confused regarding which stream to take or you want to widen your job grabbing abilities, than you go for the combination. I feel Finance- Marketing will be a better choice than Finance-HR.

But at the end.... the choice is yours....         :)
