I love my breakfast everyday, which is my everyday a giant meal. I
don't have any kind of allergy from any kind of food. I eat both veggie
and non-veggie foods. Plz tell me some very very good breakfasts,
which I can make part my of life. Presently, I am eating/drinking
orange, oats, cornflakes, yogurts, pan cakes, cheese, coffee, stawberries, blue berries, rushberries, apples, toasts, bananas, peanutbutter, milk, even carrot, celery, cucumber, radish, prunes &
plums, raisins, milk tea, ham, etc. Please, if possible, give me some
new ideas for more healthy breakfasts which you feel I may not
have tried keeping in view my list of above items. I strongly believe
in good breakfast as it keeps my weight in check and keeps me quite
healthy. After breakfast, I eat only if I feel hungry. As a result of the
giant breakfast, generally, I do not feel hungry till dinner time. Your
guidance for a good breakfast will be much appreciated. Thanks a lot.
