Edit: You're talking about how much a reproduction of an animation of Goofy is worth? To be honest here is isn't worth very much and the frame holding this print is worth more than the print.

However, if this were an original hand-painted copy of Goofy done by the original Disney artist assigned to draw Goofy then it would be worth somewhere between $500.00 to $5,000.00 or more to a collector of original film cells.

If it's an attempt by an amateur artist to do a Goofy version of art then I would be trying to sell it on-line because the artist would be guilty of copyright infringement and Disney is highly protective of it's copyrighted images.
