Plzz help could i be pregnant ?

Well at the beginning of this month around the 1-5th i thought i was 3 weeks pregnant but then i started my period on the 11th plus around the times i thought i was pregnant i took like a million pregnancy test and they all came up negative....but now its like I'm having all the symptoms of a pregnancy i'm getting really sick feeling like im going to throw up and lots of vaginal discharge...i took a pregnancy test today and it came up positive i have a doctors appointment on the 27th be i just cant wait could i possibly be pregnant even though i had a period this month?? oh and the last time i have s*x was in july

if you took a test and it was positive then yes, you are pregnant.

I  bled during my whole second pregnancy, and during my last pregnancy I bled until I was four months pregnant.  It isn't actually your period that you are having when you bleed during pregnancy although it seems that way.  Bleeding during pregnancy, especially the first trimester, is very common, and it usually doesn't mean that your pregnancy is doomed.  Good luck!
