i an getting a 10gallon tank for my guppy, how many neon tetras can i put in a 3gallon????plz give tips on guppy care

Sorry, I'd do ZERO neons in a 3 gallon.  Please ditch the 1 inch per gallon rule, it's somewhat ok with tanks over 55 gallons, but most fish like room to swim.  So a 3 gallon bowl or tank doesn't provide enough room for neons to swim.  Stick to guppies, they don't require as much swimming room as neons prefer.

3 would be your absolute max for he 3 gallon.

Guppies don't require any special care. Just keep their living space clean and feed them the correct mount, overall pretty hardy fish.
