well i want to ask that what this quetion means...i ve got a work to do and the question is

Make a herbarium of the medicinal plant leaves used in our daily life...???

"Herbarium" is a collection of actual plants, collected and pressed between two sheets of paper, and kept thus untill they dry up. Then put together like an atlass. So what you have to do is collect plants (from the woods for example) which you use in your daily life. Most common plants you can use are the ones used in the kitchen. Or medicinal ones. Or the ones used to make tea.

So for example if you're set on plants used to make tea, read the label, see what plants they contain and go about picking them and putting them into the herbarium.

We used to have this task in biology classes.

To make a herbarium is a practical training of collection, identification and preservation of different plant species. For your present question, you have to identify some medicinal plants which you can find in nearby garden, forest etc. Collect them along with their root, shoot and inflorescence, flower, fruits ( as much as you can collect) and then identify the botanical and the local  name of the plant. Note down these name of the plant. Now place the plant in between two sheets of the newspaper or filter paper. WHile placing the plant you have to take care that the organs of the plant twig are neatly arranged,showing their arrangement on the stem.  Now keep this newspaper under some heavy object to press the plant. The plant wil loose the water and it is absorbed by the newspaper. You have to cahnge the newspaper every day for first 2-3 days to avoid any contamination.  Once it is completely dry then you can place it on a herbarium sheet and fix it with the help  of sticking tape.  Herbarium sheet carries a table of required information which you have to fillup. This is regarding the name of the plant, its location, season / date of collection , stage of the plant whether flowering,fruiting, seeding etc.  This is the way to prepare a herbarium.
