Plzzz answer my question?

my brother,his 4 month old son and his girlfriend lived with my aunt for a couple months,

my brother is 19 and his girlfriend is 18,they paid my aunt and her girlfriend 300 a month to live in a small room with a broken door and three windows,which basically looked like a closet with windows,

3 weeks ago they found out that my aunt wanted to move with some other family members,they were going to move into a 7 bedroom house,the other family members are twins which no one really likes,one twin has 7 children and the other has 5,and there were already 10 people living in the house without them,so my brother decided to move back in with our mom for a while and my aunt got mad,my brother's girlfriend was told that it was her and my brother's fault that they couldnt afford a moving truck

so she told my brother, after my brother confronted them they got mad and told them they had an hour to get their stuff out or they're throwing it out on the street.

at the time my brother's girl was told she had to get out she was washing the baby's bottles and she left them downstairs to go pack some stuff,after a couple minutes someone bagged up the bottles and threw them at my brother,his girl and his baby!

so after a hour went pass the twins came and tried to get in tanisha's (my brother girl) face and started calling her all types of names and told her she was an unfit mother,

then my aunt girlfriend told tanisha that she want the 75 dollars that she owed her for that month

and tanisha said no so now she said she going to take her to court for that,

can she really do that if their names were never on the lease and they dont have a written agreement?

If there was never a lease, no they can't. The aunt would have to prove that they were living there in the first place and that there was an agreement for rent.
