i got gre score as 1010 n toefl 82 n i have acads 78.2% in electrical dept.., n i want 2 pursue ms in us in EE so plzz kindly give the list of universities which offer scholarships 2 me

Chances are no one is going to offer you a scholarship, you have to actively apply.

At the grad level you should be looking for grad assistantships

You can't speak English or type properly it seems, so there's no chance of a scholarship, sorry.

Its very difficult, especially for a Masters degree. If you apply for a Ph.D you have higher chances of getting aid, at least in a mediocre university. The professors have limited grants. They'd rather spend it on a student who will be with them for research for at least four years, rather than a Masters student, whose research period will be max one year. Thats why your best bet would be Ph.D.

78.2% is an O.K. score. You need to have a good research background and also very good recommendations from your profs to get an admit in a good university. Aid or assistantship will not be easy either. Maybe you can get an on-campus job after your first semester. I got aid for my Masters this year (Will be leaving this summer), but then I applied for a course in which I knew the chances of getting aid were high. Do your homework on the universities well.
