hi , can anybody tell me which thing is cheap to buy in ireland

1-Electronics(laptops, digital cams, cell phones, ipod etc)

2-clothing include shoes

3-perfumes

4-cars & bikes

compare to other countries.... plzz tell me average prices

All the above are dear in Ireland because of our taxes. Ou rwages are higher than the europeon norm, so we are okay. Its the tourists I feel sorry for!

Okay!! Here goes.  The Euro is currently valued at $1.28

A laptop is averaging 500 euro

A 4-5 mega pixel digital camera would set you back 350 euro.

clothes would be around the same as U.S. prices.

Perfumes would be 10 to 20% dearer and cars are 30-40% more expensive.

Anyone visiting Ireland can claim their tax back when they purchase an item in a shop and this is only available to U.S, Canada or Australian tourists, and they are a;ways given the information at the teller about this service.
