ok, so i won a bid on ebay but i dont want the product anymore, do i have to buy it?

Yes, they will keep sending you emails until you do and they will mark you as a bad buyer. You could try emailing the owner and see if he/she will let you out. You may have to pay a refiling fee.

Try to contact the seller and see if he will release you out of the bid, offer to pay selling fees , otherwise you are obligated to buy, since it is a binding agreement, if you choose to not buy it, the seller can report it to ebay/
