Plzzzzzzzz help asap?

i'm an live in superintendent for 11 years years at a 5 story apt. building in New York. On aug. 2nd, my boss told me i'm fired and told me that ri must leave by Aug. 25th and i asked him why i was fired, he told me his mom wanted a new face in the building, and that's the only reason i'm fired. i've been looking for an aptartment , but it's so hard to find one with 2 kids. Yesterdeay he told me he's taking me to court and i don't know what to do. What's the legal rights that i have? Please can anyone help me or give me some advise on what I should do? Thanks Alot

Go to your phone book.  Call your local  (usually county)  bar association.  Ask them for their "Attorney Referral Service" - you will have to tell them what type of matter you have.  When you call the law office(s), ask to speak with the ATTORNEY.  (A Legal Secretary is NOT allowed to discuss fees.)  Seek an attorney that will take payments and/or discuss the payment of the fee first.
