my family live in 3 bedroom house and we watch telly in each room, do we need licensce per room?

  2. Nope, 1 per household.

  3. No, i think its only when you have over 5 or 6 televisions that you may have to pay an additional fee's. But apart from that you good for just one payment a year in the house.
