ok well in answers ive seen bout before gettin your period you start pmsin what does that mean?

PMS stands for Premenstrual syndrome.

PMS is known for causing a lot of fun symptoms! (Not..lol)

Abdominal bloating

Abdominal cramps

Breast tenderness or swelling

Stress or anxiety

Aggression

Trouble falling asleep (insomnia)

Joint or muscle pain

Inability to finish thoughts

Headache

Fatigue

Acne

Extreme tearfulness

Unpredictable bursts of anger.

Mood swings

PMS means Premenstrual Syndrome and it is a group of common symptoms that occur when or right before you get your period. Some of these symptoms include anxiety,depression, mood swings, fatigue, water retention, headaches, and breast tenderness. I think most people are referring to the mood swings part when they say Pmsin.
