  1. i love all poket pairs so yes the reson being is pocket 2's can be beat easy however there is a very good chance for 3 of a kind and that even with 2's is kinda hard to beat =)

  2. If I am in the BB, ducks are always nice, and I have won a couple hands in tight games by betting them big in the BB.

Other than that, they seem to get you into trouble more often than not!

  3. It all depends on position.  I love them in early position, because throwing them away is so easy.  I hate them in middle position, because that's an actual decision.  I love them in late position in an unraised pot because all my options are open, and I can either see a cheap flop or decide to try and pick it up right there with a raise.  If the pot's been raised I can throw them away without a second thought.

They're also very easy to play post flop.  Either you hit your set or you'll fold.  No decisions there.

  4. I try to play them as cheaply as possible.  They are pretty worthless against any type of raise.  At best, your in a race.  All someone needs is 3-4 to be in a race, h**l, if they have 5-5 you're dominated.  I never mind a small pocket pair, as long as I can see a cheap flop.

  5. not sure really... watch how everyone else bets and then decide how good they are... if theres loads of checking, drop a huge bet before the flop..... and people will realise you have a pocket pair of some kind

  6. Definitely not.  I throw them away almost always.

  7. If you dont get three of a kind on the flop, throw them away
