  1. you need to reset your ipod. plug you ipod in to the computer. Go to your ipod menu on itunes, and push reset. Its that easy! good luck!


  2. Reset your iPod by holding the menu and center buttons together for about 6 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Good luck!
