Does anyone know what the poem was that BBC used at the end of their coverage of the Euro 2008 final, and who it's by? It was used at the very end when the credits were rolling and they were showing clips from the tournament. A couple of the lines were something like, "I was born in June", "I lived for just a month, but how I lived". It was really nice, and I'd love to read it and find out who wrote it.
