Poem on Liberty by E.R. Johnes?

Question

... a copy was placed in the copper box that was laid at the cornerstone ceremony for the Statue of Liberty in 1884. I can't seem to find a copy of this poem. Help?

I can not find anything on line, and the only idea I could come up with, would be to try the local public library poetry section, sorry I can not be of more help.
