A house across from Dead Centre of town. Cemetery grotto illuminate centre stage for ghost to linger around in the dead of night.

None when talking about ghosts but don't refer to actual dead peoples names keep it fiction.

No swearing allowed sounds too pathetic and un-educational.

Plenty of tense must keep the reader interested till the last drop of blood lingers on the misty grass of the graveyard.
