Don't look at me with those accusing eyes

Telling lies like some mendacious fool.

Please. Resist.

Restrain yourself from telling me "I told you so"

for the 100th time because you are right and I am wrong

Again

Stop.

Stop treating me like a child

holding me back

when I am ready to go
