Poem with first lines "With your freckles and messy hair"?

At a graduation, a friend and I were read a poem the first line of which went "with your freckles and messy hair". I saw the book and caught the gist of the title that was something like "Poems for finding yourself" and the inside reminded me a bit of post secret with a bunch of art mixed in with the poems. We couldn't find the poem that was read to us though and had to leave before we could even get a good look at it. Anyone heard of it?

I have never heard of that poem, but it sounds like my kind of poem!  I think girls with freckles are HOT!  The more freckles a girl has the HOTTER she looks.  Freckles ROCK!
