Poems: edited haiku, do you like?

I wrote these haiku`s looking at this picture.

Exhausted bright star

Entranced I'm drawn into your

Mystical black spell.

Baby blues passed on

You're in heaven now afloat

Death the beginning

I kind of like the third one the best. The other ones just seem more like a mess of words rather than poetry.

The first achieves more poetically by trying less hard, so I will pick that.  Sometimes, we thwart ourselves by trying too hard...

I think the first two are the strongest...the pictures in the link you provided are stunning.  You captured the nova feeling really well with your second.  Good work, good amerikus!
