when you had braces did you have stains in your teeth when they took your braces off also if you have stains?? what did you do to make them go away??

nope no stains but my brother did and he got this laser tooth surgery to re-enamel his teeth

No, what happens is that in order to affix the braces the need to etch off the top layer of enamel in your teeth to allow the adhesive to stick.  The top layer of tooth enamel is usually slightly discolored due to years of use, while the inside is still pearly white, so when the braces come off that is apparent.

Your best bet is to brush your teeth three times a day with a "healthy whitening" toothpaste, like Crest Whitening or Colgate whitening.  Stay away from the whitening strips or the super-strong guaranteed results stuff, since they will only corrode your teeth further.

you olny get stains if you eat food your not supose to eat like soda and hard candy.and they wont go away when you get stains

Try peroxide. It'll remove the stains.
