Pathway to my Heart

Broken bridges, teary roads

Follow the pathway to my heart

Mending buildings one by one

Brick by brick

Capture the essence of my soul

Feel the vibrations and echoes that are hidden within

Allow yourself to become enveloped

In the everlasting love that is blossoming

Gasping for breath

As you drown in a shroud of mist

Full of uncertainty, regret, and sorrow

Breathe, listen to the beating of your heart

Crossing rivers, dangerous tides

Moving mountains twice your size

A beacon of hope for all to see

A light that shines brighter than any star.

wow, thats a great poem. im also a poet, so i think this means how someone is trying to reach your heart or trying to love you and following a path to ur heart.

I also think it could mean love is blissful. there is no other sensation like it.

This is a very deep poem, and I had to read it twice to make sure I was right, it relates a lot to me and my bgf who I have liked for, like, ever. lol. and he still doesn't know. i love this poem.
