Poetry in Motion in NYC Subway?

Question

I don't have all the details but I'm trying to think of the poem I read in the NYC subway. The poem is about three types of NYers -- those that were born here, those that relocated here, and those that are the "tourists"(not mentioned in the poem but somewhere along the line of tourists). Thanks.
