I think when someone commits a s*x crime they should have to were one of those invisible fence things they make for dogs, except make it so they can't remove it like a tether. what do you think?

They already have it, it is called house arrest.

I completely agree with you. There has to be something they can do to keep them away from everyone. I've actually thought of this before :-)
